St. Rita is one of the saints (the first!) I have in my litany of saints when I ask for intercessions. I have had two incredible miracles happen…a very large tumor that filled my abdomen disappeared and my daughter was cured of spina bifida. St. Rita, thank you for your prayers.

That is a beautiful witness to St. Rita.
Do I know you? - I read one of your posts regarding Fr. Pingatore - he was my pastor at the old St. Ambrose.

Terry:
I was confirmed at St. Ambrose by Archbishop Roach in 1982 or there abouts. We always attended the Saturday evening Mass. My brother and I often brought up the offering. We always sat a few pews back on the Blessed Mother’s side. My father was also good friends with Tony Coochiarella and his son was my CCD teacher for confirmation. My “home” parish was St. Pius in WBL until I joined St. Agnes in 1986. After my mother died in 1987, my dad then split his daily Mass routine between the Carmelite Monastery in Lake Elmo (he was very good friends with Father John Mary Burns) or St. Agnes. Any connection?

Cured of spina biffeda! Wow! (My Dad had spina biffeda and he suffered several surgeries as a child, always walked with a limp, etc.)

My daughter had a mild form, but not any less scary than some more severe forms. She could’ve had bowel and bladder problems, been in a wheel chair, etc. Now she just has a pronounced dimple between her tushy cheeks, to remind her always of God’s incredible mercy. All spinal scans are NORMAL!!
