Korea is launching test missiles into the Sea of Japan today.
Iran is warning Israel against attacking Lebanon.
Our ships are performing military maneuvers off the shores of Iran.
China is developing long range nuclear capabilities to fire missiles at Taiwan and the U.S. - and so on.
Some-days, just reading the headlines on Drudge - it seems like Armageddon. It could be just around the corner I guess.
I think I hear “Twilight Zone” music…

Coupled w/a dose of Spirit Daily … but I too get the impression things are getting a bit too quacky for my taste …
About two yrs ago up in Canada there was a group of Evangelical Protestants that gathered for a meeting at a hotel w/a guest speaker who was a Catholic apologist from the States.
They had gathered to discuss how they could defeat some “lifestyle” legistation. The event was recorded, video taped and circulated around the the internet for awhile.
A brouhaha erupted when the Lifestyle Activist stormed this religious group’s private meeting.
That was interesting in itself, but what really caught my ear was the host preacher tell’g his audience that things were going to get a bit rough for awhile … but the rapture was still coming soon.
While I lived down South, I had a very sweet S.Baptist friend whose mantra was “my bags are packed” when things got heated.
Which reminds me of the “are you ready” Rapture youtube video …

Well there IS some good news Rosie has left ‘The View’…she maybe auditioning for the Jerry Springer show LOL!
