Prayer of St. Francis to Our Lady
Holy Virgin Mary,
Among all women on earth there is none like Thee;
Thou art the Daughter and Handmaid of the Most High King and Father of Heaven;
Thou art the Mother of Our Most Holy Lord Jesus Christ;
Thou art the Spouse of the Holy Spirit.
Pray for us, with St. Michael the Archangel
and all the Powers of Heaven and all the Saints,
to Thy Most Holy and Beloved Son,
Our Lord and Master.
Glory to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, …
Pax et bonum.

Jeannette - All I know is that it is a procession for the feast of St.Francis in a Spanish country. I can’t find the website now.
Thanks Elena!

Terry,
Today is my oldest daughter Sarah’s birthday. She is fifteen. She is also a little proud that she shares this special day with dear Saint Francis. How times flys! We are having homemaid Angel Food cake for dessert. Happy Feast day everyone!
Pax et Bonum,
K

Thanks, Terry. The statue looks like Chesterton’s description of St Francis, not the usual image.
