Catholic Mass

I attended St. Agnes in St. Paul this morning for the 6:30 am Mass. What an oasis of peace that church is for me, and Fr. Ubel gave a splendid homily. He is a superb priest. Yesterday I went to confession and adoration at Holy Family, so after Mass this morning I thought it would be wonderful to die in such a state of grace.

Lucky! I got to hear our visiting priest tell us how we should bow to one another because we were all tabernacles of Christ….*sigh*

See - he’s bringing in his personal piety there.

Angela: LOL! I know it’s not funny but if I could tell you how many times I’ve heard that line. We got to sing “Gift of Finest Wheat” I couldn’t do it. I can’t sing that song anymore without laughing thanks so someone parodying it.
Terry: Praise God! I’ve had days like that too where I felt like it was a good a time to be taken as it’s ever going to get for me.

Not at St. A’s over the weekend, but nearby, we sang “This little light of mine.” Next time you’re on your way to St. A’s, swing by and pick me up, please!
